Why Loop

Loop believes that everyone has an opinion about the Humanitarian and Development aid that they receive and that everyone is an active agent of change. We also believe that by listening, understanding and engaging with these experiences, there will be more impactful programs, policies and funding decisions. Technology now exists to listen to everyone. People have the right to be heard and there will be better services as a result.

The solution

Loop is a digital feedback system encouraging and enabling greater engagement with citizens and people affected by crisis, including those who are marginalised, vulnerable and underserved. Loop is designed to find ways for people to feel confident and able to share their opinions in a safe, meaningful, and transparent manner, so that it improves lives and change behaviour at scale.

Loop revolutionise humanitarian participation

Progress

Loop has big ambitions but it is a long road to get there. Today Loop has started operating in Zambia and the Philippines in English and through the website. With support from partners and donors we will add on new functions and ways to connect all the time. We have a lot to learn but strong guiding principles to help guide us.
